Services may only be used for lawful purposes. You may not use our platform for unauthorized access, scraping, or any activity that violates applicable law.
Fees are as per the service agreement. Advance payment is required for most services. No refunds are provided for services already rendered. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

All content, software, logos, and materials on this platform are owned by Paraverse Platforms Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Our services interact with GST portal, MCA21, Income Tax Department, and other government portals. Use of those portals is governed by their own terms and conditions.
Our services are advisory in nature. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, the ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with the client. We are not liable for errors arising from incorrect information provided by clients.
YADex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YADex, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your misuse of services or provision of false or incomplete information.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. YADex may terminate immediately in case of breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
We will provide 30 days notice for material changes to these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
